Dear Sir,

I am Satpute Kumar who took the Personnel Loan of rs.290000 from HDFC Bank in the month of May 2011.Loan No.18818816
Till Dec.2011 I have paid 6 EMI's & now I want to preclose the Loan but Bank is saying that as per the agreement we can't preclose it before 12 months.

I want to ask why I have to pay interest for more 6 month when I am ready to pay balance amount with the preclosure charges.

HDFC Bank should not fool the customers else we will take it to Court.
I want the Consumer Forum to help me out else these Banks will keep taking advantage of average customers by making them fool for 12 months to earn extra interest on personnel loan.
