I chandrabhushan pal, had applied for loan against property in HSBC Bank.
HSBC Bank is denying for returning my processing fees which they have deducted twice detail is as mentioned below.

summarizing the entire story.

First time - HSBC Executive - iliterate -

Mr. Rajive has contacted me for LAP, shown to him my salary slips, form 16 entire documents, my question is if his executive knows HSBC does not do loan if gross salarY is less than 45K, than also Mr. sharma has picked up the doucument and loged in for loan, obviously it did not get sanction and rejected. when I asked for refund he said I will adjust in future.

Second time - Property - not finalised by me

meant while in between I have change the job & my salary crosses 45K, I was intending to buy new flat but flat was not finalised, generaly what other bank does they give the sanctiuon letter, with in six month I have to buy the flat but in my case I have never been given any letter and rejected.

Third time - HSBC Executive - iliterate -

Third time again I put my paper for LAP, though I was warned by my colleges & friends "HSBC does not to without the agreement of sale, where as in Navi Mumbai all other banks fund on the basis of allotment letter but hsbc doesn't" but this executive has promissed I will do it and asked for Rs 5515/- once again with promise if he will not be able to process than he will return form his pocket. I trusted him and gave him everything.
My case was denied because of I dont have sales agreement (On the same property I have been funded by ICICI - Number one bank in pvt sector), but HSBC has refused.

Now when I asked Mr. sharma to refund my money he has started ignoring and abusing. He has warned me for nuisence in front of my office.
Finally I have escalted this to HSBC for help, but in vain solution is as mentioned below.

HSBC HAS CLOSED THIS CASE BY ONE SIDED - LISTENING HIS OWN EXECUTIVE
HSBC - asked Mr Wali (HSBC representative) to call he was also answer less for my questiuons, said he will call back in five minutes but till date his five minutes are not yet over.

Requesting to intervene, because This problem has happened due to illiteracy of HSBC executive, HSBC has not trained him properly. This can not be neglected.

Please help for the above.
