Very poor, clumsy, hectic loan proccedure & documentation ,make u go crazy on & ever ,ask me for new papers/documents even after 2 yrs of my home loan they will ask u to do 25 new thinghs & when u r done ,again give u 20 more to go , no value for our time , as if we r begger s, & will die i f not granted the loan.
