This Regarding Complaint against Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. . as I am an Personal Loan Account (Acct No: 027725090000020) holder of an nominal amount { Rs .50000/- } from this agency’s Lucknow Situated Sapru Marg Brach . from more than last one year i have been a consistent payer of refund of my loan of monthly amount of Rupees 2384/-, but last month due to some financial problem I have not been able to pay my {November 2010} installment on due date {5th November } , for which I had cleared and paid the installment in same month {30th November} its self with late fee which was liable of me.



But in that whole issue i would like to put this thing in your concern that in that period of 25 days even after saying to company that i will pay it soon with late fee also as per the term agreement ,i had with company . some agent from company Mr. Inder called me numerous times and talked me in a threatening tone to pay it now as they were short some monthly target which they need to complete, which is completely not justified to me .





Kindly do the needful in this regards and take proper action so this can’t be repeated as even after the guidance of Reserve Bank of India these things are happening. And for a customer like me bearing such things and language is very insulting.

Hi,
I am Jagadish Arjunan and have applied for the loan a month ago. The application was rejected based on CIBIL report.
At the end of May, the same agent who has processed my application earlier contacted me. He told that due to poor CIBIL report they need 10000 rupees as a security measure and can arrange a personal loan. He also insisted me to pay 5000 initially and the rest after getting the cheque.

As I have already spoken to him, I paid 5000 through online transaction but this agent does not responds there after.

I furnish the following details of mine and the loan agent, please do take necessary action against that agent and get me the money from him.

Venkatesan writing, we bought a TVS Scoot y pep at Good will Anna nagar (Dealer Code - 10234), in due with Fullerton India on August 2009(27/08/2009), by giving cheque forms for the entire due amount.
We paid the amount fully their is no due, also the period is completed.
Hence we went to the Chennai Poonamalle high Branch (near Maduravoyal), they redirected to the address at No 73, SRP koil street,Agaharam,Chennai - 600082, their we spoke to Mr.Shankar 9791015420 who is an in charge, regarding the NOC.
They asked us the Account number of the Loan, we said we dont have the number we have other reference like vehicle invoice and the RC copy etc....,and bank transaction.
But we had the answer that without the loan number they cant do any thing, hence we are registering the complaint and requesting you to get the NOC.
Expecting your reply us ASAP and for the further action.
