Hi,

I had applied for Home Loan from HDFC Bank which got rejected due to certain reasons.

The Bank has debited my account with an amount of Rs. 9118/- towards processing charges. Now the Bank is not willing to reimburse the same

I am planning to lodge case in consumer court for the same.
