Sir with due respect I would like to say that Now day my financial condition is not sound, hence few of the recovery person appointed by you are approching to me(although i am trying my best to meet there expectations), but the way they are talking to me is very much insulting and abusing some time they are vising my house without my information are pressuring my family members to remit the amout.. i have send several mail to customer care team but no changes found in there way of talking.
Today i got a call from one of your representative.
He talk to me in very rude tone and after that he called my house no
and mentaly aboused my old age parents.
The person refused to tell us his name he also told me and my family
that he is going to do something for which i will be in deep sea.....
Sir it is my humble request to you, please please ask them not to creat so much of mental pressure to me and my family we can't take any more...
