This is mohit from hyderabad. I have taken one personal loan 38000 from ICICI on 2005.
I paid Rs.16000 Rs. in 14 installments. At the time of the loan taking my salary accounts in OBC. Later it was changed to ICICI. Again I have taken 2 personal loans in icici bank
and cleared those loans also. Due to some problem I missed/Forgotten to pay the personal loan Rs. 38000 (already I have paid 16000). Now in 2010, with out giving any intimation ICICI people liened my salary accountvwith the amount of Rs.48000.

If I failed to pay/Miss any EMI atleast they need to give one intimation.
They didn't give that intimation to me and they blocked the -48000 amount as negative in my salary account.

I talked to ICICI people they are insisting me to pay that 42000 amount.

Any one please give the suggestion to solve this........
