I had taken a loan of rs.2 lac from delhi nagrik sehkari bank delhi my account no. is 71318 .in july 2008. since then i m paying emi regularly . now it is come to my notice that the amount of demand draft is not claimed by the car dealer. when i asked the manager about the date of encashment of dd she denied and said that i can not provide this information to u. i asked this informataion in writing under rti but they again denied. it appears that the dd is not encashed till date . But they are recovering the amount with interest from me. The amount is pending in bank's account the dd is not encashed till date. wen i asked them they deny. if i stop the payment of emi they send the notice for recovery to me . please suggest me what can i do for this.
