Name Mr. KESIRAJU SATYA SRINIVASA RAO Description TL Happy HL 30 Lac (Fix) THE ABOVE DATA IS MY HOUSE LOAN ACCOUNT DETAILS. I AM A SCIENTIFIC OFFICER IN DAE, Govt.Of India, organisation, expecting tax relief at source. But SBI Tanuku branch is refused to issue the provisional statement of interest & amount of prosed recovery for the running finantial year 2010-2011. requesting you to release the orders to your branches to give provisionals which is becoming correct services to the customer. " customer is god " should not limited to only slogan. please respond & do favour to the customer, as it is not tampering your polices & procedures. THANKING YOU SIR
