My Name Is Vishal Kumar From Dharamshala Himachal Pradesh .
1 Week Ago I went to nearest SBI Branch( Yol cantt) and Ask them about Education Loan For abroad Studies .
They Have been told me that I can Get Loan and After 2 Days I went again and Showed them My documents .
Bank Manager Told me That i Have to go to Kangra Branch to Apply for it . Then I went to Kangra Branch same day
and showed them my All Documents and My Acceptance Letter From Vanarts Institute And said them that i need 18-20 Lakh
Education Loan For Abroad Studies .
After Sometime He said that They Don't Give Loan For Diploma Courses or it has to be Technical Course .

So My Course is Technical Diploma Course ( Visual Effects For Films and TV ) for 1 year But They don't Listen to me . They Had Just refuse my Loan appl.

I have been self taught and I made these Video at Home .
I Have need to apply For Visa In December but I am Stuck here Only Because I am not getting loan .
So its my request to Consumer Court Please Give me Justice as soon as Possible so I can go to Study abroad .
