Hi My name is muniraj i have been took a vehicle tata ace (KA-53 A 308) for self employment with finance from sriram finance of Rs 230000(Two lakh thirty thousand) on 5-7-2010, and due to wrong information from collection executive we did not do the EMi clearance this continued for 4 months then we did partial payment, Then after few months the balance was around 90000/- we called and enquired about this they did not give the response and finally one day they called and told we are filing a case of cheating of non payment of emi, and they told to hand over the vehicle and the executive told that Nothing problem will happen you can come and clear the amount once i call and take the vehicle, after surrendering the vehicle on 5-7-2011, we gave a call but he did not respond after few months they called and told that the vehicle is sold and the short fall amount has been due of Rs 137000/- They are harrasing to pay the amount or they will file a case against me. i dont have any 2nd income. i am in serious trouble please help to solve this issue.
