Dear Sir
I Mr. Pankaj Agarwal, had taken a Car Loan from Tata Capital Ltd. against my brand new car from Maruti, Model - Maruti Zen Estilo on January 2011 bearing Vehicle No. UK-07-AH-5655.
Since January 2011 I am paying all the installments regularly by ECS and cash payment modes. But since January 2011, I have not received any type of Documents of Loan Detail, Interest Details, Installment Schedule, No. of Installments.
We had talk about this problem to so many people in Tata Capital Ltd.(Branch Dehradun)through my Idea Mobile No. 9917468043, but yet not received any convincing reply. The persons we talked to were Miss Pooja, Mr. Yashwant, Mr. Sudhanshu.
On today's date I do not even know how many installments are pending to be paid from my side and what is the net payable amount if i want to do prepayment against the Loan.
Please guide me what should I do.

Dear Tata Capital,

As per your reply message, after one year of mental harassment, now your Customer Service Team will wake up to resolve my problem. But what about the 4 bounced monthly ECS installments which have ruined my reputation for taking any other kind of loan on my own name against my PAN Number. You have also charged interest for the 4 installments which were bounced due to non availability of funds in my bank account. All the bounced installments were paid by me to Tata Capital in Cash along with interest.
This is for your kind information that I am not going to entertain any further installments of Tata Capital against my car loan untill and unless this matter is properly resolved.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am still waiting for the response from Tata Capital Ltd.
I am mentally very disturbed as I am not getting my Home Loan as my 4 ECS Loan Repayment was bounced.
Now I am bound to take a Legal Action against Tata Capital Ltd.
