This is regarding our Tata Indica car puchased on 26/10/06 and financed by Tata finance.
Total Loan Amt was about 2,63,000 for 48 months EMI - 7425.Almost we have finished our 46 months EMI. In this duration total 6 times our EMI check was bounced. And in between this finance people also charged Rs. 3500 2 times (total -7000) for insurance excess amount. Now Finally when we to the office to make settlement for the final 2 EMI's (Total - Rs. 14850) and to get NOC from them they are asking us to pay [B]Rs. 33, 500 and the reason given by them is cheque bounce

For you kind inforamtion we are a middle class family and we sre in such a situation to make the final payment and get NOC.

Sir, Request you to kindly treat this matter in very urgent manner and do the needful.

Total Loan Amt was about 2,63,000 for 48 months EMI - 5500.Almost we have finished our 35 months EMI. In this duration.after that they have sent a noticeas per IPC 420 that you are not paying the EMI to TMFL as per agreement so we will take the action.i am paying the EMI timely no current due is now as per my account statement now i am mental harass. so please suggest me. Now Finally i want make settlement for the final payment (Total - Rs. 71500) and to get NOC from them.

For you kind inforamtion we are a middle class family and we are in such a situation to make the final payment and get NOC.
