Sir, I have an account in United bank of India, Raigarh branch(C.G). I took personal loan in 30th june 2010 for which bank deduced premium twice in a month (i.e. On 15th july2010 & 1st Aug2010) Recently I came to know that bank has started an insurance policy without my consent. The one time premium amount has been added to my loan amount. I contacted branch several times but due to managers absence same could not be redressed till date.
