Hi All,

I had taken a loan from Barclay's Finance in the month of MAY2011 Loan A/C no LC012411007417535 the sum of amount INR 98,500 & EMI INR 3,661 for 3 Years.Every thing is going fine but in the month of NOV2011 I am facing some problem and result my EMI got bounced Barclay's Finance guys contact me and I informed him collect cash from my office but they doing excuses to come that far place in gurgaon and the harassment starts from that day in the month of DEC2011 my EMI got again Bounced because my salary got creidt into my account on 4th DEC2011 I received a call from HRD Services behalf of Barclay's finance guy name Sunil inform him that Collect Cash from my office which he is agreed & as per schdule the guy came prikesh kumar and collect 2 months EMI by cash + bounce Charges INR 400 and Gave me the receipt .But after 3 days when I checked my account a EMI sum of INR 3,661 got withdrawn without any notice Barclay finance doing it in fact I already paid that EMI by cash to the executive 3 days before.But Barclay Finance team not stop there they called me after 5 days 15DEC2011 and said that your EMI is due please paid it I informed him that I already paid it your collector agent Sunil and Kumar agreed with my statement. but Barclays finance team said we have not received it your payment I told them that I have a proof the guy name Wasim in Barclay finance told me that you have receipt then we will refunded your money ASAP instead of refunded my EMI which they Charge Wrongly without informing me they continually calling me every day more then 10 time and ask for the EMI which I already paid it.So I am writing this only because the false payment charge by Barclay Finance and humiliation faced by them please help me out with this problem I will great full to you guys.
