Dear Officer Consumer Forum,

My name is Mohit Agarwal, working in Gurgaon Software Company named “Cvent India Pvt. Ltd.: DLF Cyber City Gurgaon.

My salary A/C "061001508112" is in ICICI Bank Cyber Green, Gurgaon Branch and ICICI Bank Seize my account and debit all the amount without my permission and without intimating me against Credit Card Payment. Also this credit card amount was not used by me. It was fraud, which i have already complaint to ICICI customer care. I have called them many times regarding the same, but they did not take any action and now some how they found my account (which was not linked with credit card) and Lean my account. I am in need this money too much, when i went to the ATM to withdrawl this amount found Negative balance.

Hence Kindly do me a favor to take necessary action on this regards so that I got my money back, because I have only the source of income my salary and i am the only main source of income in my family. So you can understand how I am managing.

Even i had no money to have anything, whole day i felt hungry. By the evening i borrowed some money from my friend and have something.

Please take necesery action against this and ask them to inquire this credit card fraud again.
