i have an account in allahabad bank opened forcibly by our employer. the services are too bad there in rohini sec14 branch. i had misplaced my atm card in march 2010, locked the card through call center, after that i repeatedly gave applications for cancellation of the atm card and issuing of a new atm...but got no response till now.....i had also filled up the form for net banking......that too was not started till now, today being 30th july 2010..imagine my condition where i cannot go for shopping or pay any bills online just becoz of the bank's irresponsibility....everytime i have to go to the bank to take out the money and with the prevailing conditions of money snatching from the person coming out from bank increasing, how am i supposed to manage my life like this...they just make me go from corner to corner saying it will be done today, tomorrow, next week, etc........i would suggest no one should ever open an account in allahabad bank at least not in rohini sec14 branch.
