My name is Manas R Senapati. i have opened a savings a/c in hdfc bank linked to my demat a/c. i am using that a/c for last more than 2 years. A/C NO : 05401330005184

Now suddenly Rs. 827 was debited from my a/c indicating AQB is not maintained. As per the instruction i received from the day of opening a/c i maintain the AQB for Rs. 5000 for two years. then how was it happened. if they increase the that amount, then they must have to inform me, otherwise how could i come to know. i received every monthly statment and each promotion mail. there is no indication reg. this issue(increase in AQB amount). and suddenly how they can charge.

if i have prior information then i also mantain that amount, otherwise i have alternate option. this type of cheating is shouldn't be there. there must be transaparency between customer and the bank. hopefully i'm waiting for the justice.
