Dear Sir,

I need clarification for this issue:

I am SBI bank account holder, i tried to withdraw the money Rs 7000 from State Bank of Mysore ATM srirangapatna (Mandya Dist, Karnataka ) on 01-OCT-2011 around 5:45pm. The amount didnt received and ATM showed Timout error, i tried agian but i endup with same error. I thought some network issue.

02-OCT-2011 i received 2 SMS the amount Rs 14000 has been debited from my account which each transaction says Rs.7000 each. (Trxn Numbers: 3423 & 3432)

I gave the compliant to Bank Manager of SBI account holding ( Branch ID: 13234) on 03-OCT-2011.

I got the Rs.7000 amount credited back to my SBI account on 05-OCT-2011 saying ATM BULK POST of TXRN 3423.


But TXRN 3432 amount Rs.7000 still i have not got credited back. I complianted this so many times to bank but no response from them.Im worried about my money. Please do
needful for this issue.
