Dear sir/madam,
I have to inform you that I have to make a complain against my account no 30638396732 which was with sbi,moran branch on 27-07-2011 at 12:09 pm firstly I have withdrawal an amount of Rs 10000 from ATM of IDBI Dibrugarh Branch c/o of city drugs near A.S.E.B which was correctly withdrawn .The details of the transaction are TXN No 5665 after two minutes I have withdrawal an amount of Rs 5000 from the same ATM ,the money and the withdrawal slip didn't come out .After that I have checked my balance of my account , it was showing a deduction of Rs 5000 .Before attempting to withdrawal Rs 5000 my balance was Rs 245398 and after the incident my A/c balance was 240398 .For this I have made immediately a complain to IDBI Dibrugarh Branch but a officer of the branch asked me to make a complain to SBI .As per his request I have made the complain to SBI moran branch on 27-07-2011 to ATM in charge. But till date there was no any response from SBI moran branch and central office Mumbai .I have also send a mail on 19/12/2011 to dgm.customer@sbi.co.in but there was no any feedback .For this money I have faced many problems and from 4 months and 22 days there was no any feedback from there side after giving the complain .So, I want a compensation of Rs 12900 means Rs 100 *129 days = Rs 12900 and making a complain in consumer forum.
So, Kindly look into the matter and make me refund my money soon along with the compensation amount ie (5000+ 12900 = 17900).
