Sir,
With due respect & humble submission I beg to state that I have possessed a bank account No 30127097290 from SBI branch Dharamshala, lateron which was transferred from SBI branch Dharamshala (HP) to SBI branch Sarkaghat (HP). I have also obtained net banking kit from SBI branch Sarkaghat against above noted account number. But said net banking kit is not functioning/ working properly due to non-supplying of all existing parameters by SBI branch Dharamshala. I have been requested repeatedly so many times with SBI branch Sarkaghat for transferring all existing parameters from SBI branch Dharamshala to activate my net banking kit properly but these both branches have not been paid any heed in this regarding & applicant is suffering for a lot.
It is therefore requested that these both branches may kindly be directed to transfer & receive all required parameters against my above bank account as my net banking kit to be started proper & accurate/exact working.

dear sir,
i think your cif number is still reflecting your earlier branch code , hence they are unable to issue the internet kit at your new branch. only your account number has been changed.. hence you will have to inform your earlier branch about this and tel them to relocate your cif to the new branch ( specify your new branch code) or you will have to forward your complaint with your existing branch & they will forward it to your earlier branch..
