Amount of Rs. 8000/- was feed to Axis bank ATM at Kurla East, on 27/06/2010, but only 2000/- rs have been recieved and the balance remained is after deduction of whole 8000/- Rs. Axis bank is not responding at all and giving the statement that consumer had recieved whole amount. hence Axis bank is not ready to credit the remaining amount.
What will be the next step?
