ATM

Hello, I m kuldeep and i was opened saving account on 28/may/2010 and same day i fill the form of ATM but i cannot received my ATM cards till now. I also called to customer care mumbai branch, the executive of customer care said that ur card is received in faridabad BOB branch, 5J/103 on 3/jun/2010 but till now i cannot received my ATM. I had also visited to BOB branch 5J/10 but they said we will send u a letter for ATM than u have to come with that letter but there is no response from BOB. Such lazy or stupid employee i have never saw in any bank, my request to Govt plz close this Bank, employee doesn't want to co-operate with account holder they are behaved like a illelterate person plz tak some steps.
