This is to inform you that my mother " Mrs. Meera Rani Sachdeva " have a saving bank a/c with central bank of india, she withdrawl 2000 from HDFC ATM , madia katra Agra , but amount didn't came out of ATM machine and was debited from Bank A?C on dated 10-01-2010, my mother visited local bank branch , central bank of india - agra cantt " many times always she was replied by bank peoples that her complaint is under process and will get resolved soon, but problem was not resolved so i marked mail reagrding this to bank and rbi on dated 10-08-2011, but rbi rejected our complaint that complaint is older then 1 year, and from bank side we have not got any proper reply , and even till now our amount is not returned to us , we need to know what are the possiblities of amount reversal in bank a/c also confirm we are laible for intrest on hold amount by bank's ATM ( 100 rs per day as per new guidline of RBI applicable from July 2011. )
