I am Mohanapriya.L I have checked my statement and found that the ICICI bank have withdrawal INR
28.00 from my account on 13/10/2011 as ATM Decline charges for
29-sep-2011
I do not understand the purpose of deducting this amount and had a sufficient
amount balance .

May i know if bank has any valid reason to do this ?

So it is ethical to charge on customer? Please verify at your end and provide me detail so
that i can go accordingly.
