i had made a transaction with my debit card on '31/03/2010' from an atm in Nepal i.e. withdrwal of amount NPR 10000/- which is Rs.6250 in INR. So when i updated my pass book in Delhi, the withdrawal amount shown in the passbook entry is Rs. 7139.45 in INR(dated 31/03/2010),so without my consent the amount of rs. 889 INR is charged extra.
Even if the amount is Rs. 7139.45 in INR it will be Rs. 11622 in NPR and the cash withdrawal of amount (11622/-NPR) from an ATM is not possible as , the ATM only allows withdrawal in multiple of '100' only.

i have enquire about this issue several times in my bank and have also given a written application to the bank , but still they are not able to solve the problem and they reply me back rudely .
i am now fed-up with this issue , request you to please solve the issue as soon as possible and credit my account with Rs. 889/-
