Atm trxn procceds complete but cash not received and debited amount

Respected sir,

i need clarification for this issue. i'm syndicate bank holder , on oct.13,20011 arount 10:30am .i was withdrawing rs 8000 only from PNB ATM at chanderlok branch ,Delhi .transaction got successfully done but
cash didn't come out from ATM. Although a massage was being displayed."please collect your money".same amount got deducted from my account.immideatly i got my complaned registered .but my problem not solved till now .so i'm warried about my money .therefore, i request to you, plz take it seriously and credit my balance in my saving account.
