of 5000 Rs. 5000 Rs.Debit my A/c, But No any amt receive me,No Any Response From Bank side and Customer Care.
So, Please solution this problem.
This Problem continue from 01-dec-2011.

Dear Sir,

I am shashikant Patil an account holder of Axis Bank Baddi.Once time on 7/12/2011 i was received mail from axis bank site that the your net secure login is not secure,for secure login click on below link & fill up the detail,i was clicked on that link the web page of axis was opened & i was submitted the detail.On that day in between 22:00 to 22:15 my account was debited by 9825/- at that time my ATM was with me.When complaint to bank they were filled up complaint form & committed 10 days for refund.After 10 days again i went to bank they were filled up dispute form & committed 45 days for refund.In between that period i have one more mail from axis bank site when i was talk to bank they told me that the bank never send you such type of mail & we cant refund you your money.They have send me letter that we have investigated that transaction is real so we cant refund you.So i am salary base person kindly do the help me sir.By mistake first mail was deleted by but second mail i have kept.
This is the fraudulence transaction sir bank is not initiating.Please help me to reverse my money from bank.
