I am Piyush Sethi working with American airlines. I m Living at H. No.1 Vipin Garden, Kakrola Mor, Thr is one new branch open for Axis bank at Sewak park Extension in Rama Park Address is G & F Basement plot no. 1 and 1 a block b sewak park. This branch is very near to my house so i need a locker so i went thr to ask abt it they told me that they have lockers availble Abhiijeet Krishna was executive. i ask wht u need for locker they told me to buy a LIC policy of 25,000 if i need a loker and a acount in bank i told him i can open a new account in bank but why should i buy policy i came here to get locker not a Policy he told me it a request i told him i can pay only 10,000/- for policy becoz i had already enough policy. Then we went to manager room to speak with manager he told me that u need to pay 20000/- rs for policy if u need a locker and i told him that i already had so many policy i can nt afford any more policy still i m ready to pay 10000/- they said they call me up now its to late...
I hope this will works i need a Locker in a bank than why should i buy a policy which i dont need it and i cant afford to have a new policy plz help me to get a locker in that bank i m ready to pay 10000/- for the policy...

Hi,
I did not recvd any mail or call from them still waiting for the response i dont knw wht to do they do nt have gud customer service and the top most rank people are full of attitude and do nt have curtsy against their customers. I dnt knw how these people get employed in such a bank they dnt deserve this at all if they dont understand any customer problem they are here for making their money as a commission from the company who gave them the targets to meet.
