Dear Friends,

AXIS Bank is the worst bank I have never come across in my life. Whenever and wherever the ATM it won't work most of the time. I am from Virugambakkam, to name few the Axis bank ATM in Chinmaya Nagar, Virugambakkam, Saligrammam. These ATM's work maximum 2 out of 7 days in a week. Especially there will be some problems during the weekends. Moreover the security persons in these ATM centers are very rude and they never answer in a polite manner if we ask them regarding this.They don't even inform this issue to the concerned authority.

One more issue with AXIS Bank Cheque book issuance

I have been calling the Axis bank customer care to issue the cheque book for the past 1 month. I have atleast called 5 times in the last 1 month. Everytime I call them they say that there is some upgradation work going on due to core banking facility. So, because of that they cannot issue the cheque book. For me the cheque book is very important. I am dealing with most of the people using cheques. Just because of upgradation work customers should not be affected. Even worst part is customer service representatives are very rude and not politely speaking.Unless i get any solution and unless i feel comfortable I will keep posting in all kind of forums.
