I am an ICICI bank a/c holder. I withdrew Rs.800/- from an AXIS BANK ATM. When I came back home and saw my a/c in the website...they've charged Rs.20/- for withdrawing money from their ATM.....

That is total withdrawal amount showed Rs.820/-...

kindly let me know if all the ATM charges money for withdrawing or not....pls help me...

I think in 1 month you can withdraw only 5 times from other bank ATM and after that every transaction will cost you 20rs extra from other bank ATM than yours.
I am not quiet sure but this can be one of the reason, I heard RBI has change the rules.

However, As per RBI guidelines, Banks will now charge Saving account holder's having more than 5 cash withdrawal in a month from Non ICICI ATMs. W.e.f Oct 15,2009, Nil for 5 Cash withdrawals in a month and Rs.20 (Including Service Tax) per cash withdrawal thereafter.
