    Default AXIS bank ATM error

    Hi ,

    I did a transaction from axis bank ATM for 10,000 Rs with HDFC bank ATM card. The amount has been debited from account but I did not get my money .
    I got a receipt which says transaction declined due to insufficient balance . Please suggest what i need to do.

    Date of transaction : 04-Jul-2010
    ATM Location : TISCO, Digwadih:Plot No. 2777,
    TISCO Digwadih Colliery,
    P O Jeogora Dhanbad,
    Dist Dhanbad – 828110 ,
    Jharkhand.

You can also know your account details by contacting a bank representative on our phonebanking service, or by checking it online via HDFC Netbanking. To be able to investigate if the declined transaction was a technical error, or if indeed there weren’t sufficient funds in your account, we would need a few additional details from you. Request you to write to us at talktous@hdfcbank.com with your account number, contact details as well as the date and time of your transaction. Please also include the complaint id TTU00059207072010 in the subject line of your email. Once we receive this information, a bank representative shall immediately contact you.

    You guys from HDFC are the only ones who actually read the complaint and then reply accordingly... I really appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve customer issues.
