Dear Sir

This is regarding our export shipment duty drawback cleared from customs as stated below, we had submitted all the necessary documents to PNB, ICD PPG, Delhi for the credit of duty drawback into our Axis Bank a/c Lucknow. But customs screen shows that it had already been scrolled as per the scroll number1163, Dt: 18/05/2010 but its never been credited to our a/c so far.
I had tried to contact the PNB ICD but they are in a habit of not attending any calls sir suggest me what should I do I had courier the scanned copy of the original documents (AD Code letter + Account verification letter etc again to the PNB ICD) and mailed them also at bo4895@pnb.co.in but no response. Please find the bank details below:
