This is vishnu kumar iam holding a personal loan a/c with axis bank (A/c no. PP0080100082960). Iam regular payer of my installment. In the month of may, 2010 i visited the Ranigung branch (Retail banking) to change my EMI change date only.
Earlier i used to pay 1st of everymonth now i want to change it to 10th of every month.
There i contacted Kavithareddy (customer care) where she asked my 3 blank cheques signed and form to fill up and a nominal charges to be paid. I paid Rs. 4,015 + nominal charges. I did the same and she said it will reflect only in the month of july 10th.
In the month of june no information from them whether they are debiting on 1st or 10th. I contact (040-66905600, 66905601) by name mr. Kumar as he told me that there is some technical problem it will get debited. I waited till 21st of june there is no debit from my account.
Now the collection people called and say your cheque has been bounce. Where funds are fully available in my account.
