Hi ,

I had a axis bank credit card and had some dues on it for the past 3 years..I was not contacted neither informed about this and on my axis bank salary account suddenly 40000 rs was debited and now I am helpless..

My name is Jitesh Kenthal. my contact no 9222494986. I had applied for a credit card in the month of Dec.11. Now in my salary a/c in credit card detail it is showing that i have a credit card no 5241780000944715.
However till date i have not received the card. I checked with the branch they are not able to find the card dispatch detail also i am not able to contact the customer care also.

If i don't get the card on time they will charge me 250.00 +service tax as opening charges.
If i do a purchase of 2500.00 and above within 30 days it will be waived off but now i feel that it is not possible as i have not received the card.

kindly look into this matter.
