Would like to inform that a train ticket was booked on IRCTC website (PNR No.2556462419) and payment was made thru Axis Bank Credit Card on 25/10/2011. Subsequently, the ticket was cancelled on 01/11/2011 and IRCTC has confirmed that refund of Rs.781/- has been credited to my Credit Card account on 03/11/2011 but, Credit Card statement did not reflect said refund of Rs.781/- till date. In this regard, I have sent several mails to AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER SERVICE and IRCTC CUSTOMER CARE. I had submitted my statement to IRCTC as proof as per their advise. Now, I am totally upset with the way AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD section and IRCTC are acting.
I request you to kindly advise way out to resolve the issue and get the refund of the amount at the earliest.
