Dear Sir,
I herewith inform you that i am a account holder of Axis bank(Bittan market branch, Bhopal MP)and my account No.531010100046224,on the same account i have activated net secure service and bank provide one touch net secure device and charged Rs.850 for giving me this device. Device details -(S.No.0780107321, B/N:0780022,ZFG-44001-E )
last month I have login to my account after login I enter net pin the system which is not accepted .
I tried many times with device self generated new pin code but the system all time give incorrect net pin message after three time login the system temporally suspended the net secure.
After suspended the services i have write a mail to AXIS Bank net secure help desk (ibrm@axisbank.com) and i am getting reply that ->
Kindly check now and confirm if the problem is sorted out, If the problem persists, kindly take a "Print Screen" of the error message and sent it across for investigation.
and i have trying to enter again but the problem were same and i took "Print Screen" and send to IT desk but i am not gating any reply after send the mail than I have tried to contact Bank branch at Bittan Market, Bhopal ( my account are at this branch). Ms. Nisha Bank representative denied to provide any support in this regard and even she said that she has nothing to do with it and said to throw it ( one touch device) where ever I wish.
after getting this reply i have write an email to Bank but till date i am not getting any reply.
Now I request you to kindly take my case in your consumer court (forum) so that I got justice and my problem solve!

As per your GUIDANCE given in your previous mail, i attached the problem which i faced during the login but i regret to inform you that i am not get any satisfactory result from your side.
Due to the above problem occurring, please tell me WHY NOT WE CLOSE OUR BUSINESS WITH AXIS BANK ? for your kind information we have 72 salaries accounts and 5 saving account ( Imprest ) around 2 to 3 lakh per month transaction which through your Bitttan Market Branch in Bhopal.

I got reply from you on Jun 12, 2010 at 12:01 PM and I did as I was told still the problem persisted for which I have informed you time and again without a reply from you.
I have tried to contact your branch at Bittan Market, Bhopal ( my account are at this branch). Ms. Nisha your bank representative denied to provide any support in this regard and even she said that she has nothing to do with it and in rash said to throw it where ever I wish.
With this sort of problem and non reply from your side accompanied by the rude and anti customer behavior of your executive of Bittan market branch put in a cumbersome situation.
Till date I am not getting any reply from you and I am sorry to say that you are not serious about customer care.
Now I request you to please transfer my device net secure to mobile net secure so that I can use this facility ,
This is my last request to you if you do not take any action to solve this problem then I will be forced to submit my complaint in consumer forum.
