Dear sir
My name is Akash Tyagi, I have my salary account in Axis Bank, Noida S-62 branch. In the month of April I have Rs. 16071.00 opening balance. I have issued a cheque no. 22868 of Rs. 10943 to LIC, India. It was cleared on dated 05/04/2011 and debited my a/c too. But after two days on 09/04/2011 this check (no. 22868) was represented again according to my statement for the month of April, and due to the insufficient balance Rs. 386.00 was debited from my a/c too. When I asked to the bank for the same the concerned person says me its wrong and your money will credit to your a/c as soon as possible. So I have submitted an application for the same on 11/04/2011. But the amount was not credited to my a/c. After that I have made many calls to customer care and visit bank again in the month of Dec. 11 and Jan. 12. The bank manager said he send the query to service branche, I asked when it'll revert to me and because allready 8 months has gone so answer me as soon as possible so that I could go to the consumer court, he said me you are free to take any action till today.
Please sort out my problem if something possible at your end.
