Mr. Ramanand is holding A/c No.11461 in Bank of Baroda, Bhadarasa bajar, Sohawal, Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh. Rs. 3000/- has been wrongly deducted from his account on 02/08/2010. after inquiring he got to know that someone has taken the money by the clearance of forge withdrawal. It happened due to the irresponsible action of bank employ, who has not taken the proper caution in checking the withdrawal form.
Please take proper action so that an inquiry can be setup against the forge withdrawal and the money of a poor person can be remitted to his account and the person responsible for this should be punished.
