    Sub : MY ACCOUNT NO 053 098737 016

    Sir,PLS NOTE WE ARE SENIOR CITIZENS AND CANNOT AFFORD TO WAISTE MONEY BECAUSE OFWRON INFORMATION BY MS MALTHI OF HSBC

    Today the September 24, 2010, I have received call from Ms Malthi thru her personal mobile No. 9880659394 :

    Sir,

    I state here she is completely giving wrong statement now. She never told me that there will be this amount as penalty. She is telling completely lie. She is denying that she has said anything. She did not consult any one and did not check any thing from her files she just in a second assured that there will be penalty of around Rs. 1000.-- as if she was very sure.

    Since only very short period that is about two months were only left in due date of maturity – I could have easily waited.
    Two days back in one of your messages I have seen that you are giving loan also on FDs I told her today the 24th September that why you did not tell me that if money is required I could take loan also for two months just to save her she denied saying I told you on that day.

    I think you should look into matter very seriously since she has no knowledge and now just to save herself she is telling lies.


    If she had told me I would have definitely not broken my FD. I state that I am your very old client. I had three FDs in your account and also HDFC 200 mutual fund. I told her I would like to invest my balance money also but she said after the money is transferred than we will talk.

    I again say that she just freed us in 3 minutes in giving all the information and got one form signed from me. I AGAIN REPEAT I TOLD HER THAT IF THE LOSS IS MORE I CAN EASILY WAIT BUT SHE ASSURED STATING THAT NO NO AMOUNT IS VERY LESS IT WILL BE AROUND RS. 1000.00 YOU CAN EASILY ENCASH YOUR FD.

    Please look into matter. It is no use talking to Ms Malthi since she is denying all her statements. Why should I suffer loss because of wrong information given by your staff. I think SHE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE PENALTY ETC. OTHERWISE SHE WOULD HAVE DEFINETEILY CALCULATED AND GIVEN ME THE EXACT FIGURE.

    Please remit the amount of Rs. 9,801.39 in my account.

    Please note we are SENIOR CITIZES and cannot afford to bear such heavy loss.
