Mi name is Dr. Rupak Banerjee, I am adoctor in a small town.I had taken a loan of rs 15 lacs for hospital equipments in 2009 inspite of regular payments monthly my loan amount is not decreasing till now we have paid about 5 lacs approx and my out standing amount is about 14.5 lacs none of the managers are ready to explain the details and regularly sending us threatning letters about send ing my account for NPA we have not been provided with any letter of acceptance or sanction letter with emi breakups. If this continues we will be in a great problem and our loan will never be finished. Beg you to please help.
