I had applied an education loan from Bank of India , Gandhi Market Branch, Mumbai-400037 for my daughter, who is doing engineering. Initially , after completion of all documentation bank manager Mr.N.S.Yadav was not making the payment of loan.

I had made complaint on Banks website and was immidiately replied by their Grievence Cell, Zonal Office and Branch Manager.

Branch Manager called me in his office and told me to take back the complaint, and he gave me the reply in his own handwritting on banks paper.

after giving the same reply , no loan was paid to me. now i am approaching to the law authorities to take action against the bank manager
