dear sir/madam,

i am a sbi costumer.in the month of 2nd feb 2010..due to failure of sbi atm i had to withdraw rs.100 from the bank of rajasthan atm in banasthali vidyapith,distt.tonk rajasthan-304022.

unfortunately the atm machine developed a slip, and my account was deducted with rs100 but i didn't recieve the cash. same thing happend on 7th feb 2010 with rs.100 again. my account is from SBI ITI ltd. Sanchar Vihar, Mankapur Distt.Gonda(u.p.) 271308. when i requested my branch manager to logde my complaint..he did so..but bank of rajasthan,newai rajasthan denighed the fact and said that the transaction was successful..i tried for 6-7 times but got same response..my two hundred rupees which hold a great value for a common man in today's world are gone and the bank is not agreeing to pay it back to me...

kindly pay some attentionn towards this problem. i have come to you with very positive thoughts..
