Hi... i am waiting for my debit card to be deliver... which was order on 14/01/2012..to barclays bank.which i was suppose to get on 19/01/2012 maximum... when called on 19, 20 got a response that will get it by 20/01/2012.... still haven't got the card. when called today on 21/01/2012.. still the same response.... that it will get dilvered by today....and now the customer service agent informed that they dispatch..it on 17/01/2012.. n i have to traace the courier company..they are just fooling around... and over to it.. the card quality is so bad that it gets torn very often....!!! a unhaapy customer
