i have done online light bill payment on 29-09-11
through pvvnl.org website by my visa debit card (4029 8502 6001 0399) but recharge was not
done while my balance was deducted first time. Then i have done
payment again & balance deducted again from account but recharge was
done successfully with transaction id MHCC0999435667 .
SO i want to say that my balance was deducted 2 time for one bill
payment and i have not recieved my amount in account yet 464 inr.
