My Name is Dileep Singh I belong from JAITPUR (AGRA). I have opened a A/C with CANARA BANK in Apr 2010 BY Deposit RS. 1000 and after some time I have deposited a Outstation cheque (Central Bank) of sum Rs. 10000/--. When I go to Bank for entry purpose in Pass Book, Then Bank has been charged me Rs. 165/- Ceque Celring charge. I have never any withdraw in my A/C plz solve My problem Immediately. I am pre 1996 pensioner retired from Indian Air Force. Iam getting pension of Rs.5600/- presently. But as per caliculation I am suppose to get of Rs.7200/- When were I am approaching the Canara Bank Ganagavathi Branch the bankers replied what were we getting in the pay scroll that amount only we are crediting to your account and they also says that your money will not go any where the balance amonut will be credited one or other day. Pl advise me what steps should be taken by me to correct for exact pension pay scroll.

In response to your complaint regarding excess clearing chrgs, we want to inform you that there were two OSC cheques, for the same, Rs 55 each were deducted (total 110). And excess charges of Rs 55 already recredited to your account on 25.08.10.
