iam a customer who holds an a/c in canara bank punalur,kollam district kerala.the bank is too rude to us .even not telling us how much balance i have in my a/c..i tried calling for days,weeks..they didint pick up the phone,if they pick up.they will talk to us in a rude way

My name is Rudrakant Pathak,Account holder of canara bank budh marg patna branch.I am applying for internet banking facility 5 monts ago just after opening of my saving account.Two times my application lost.Finally they create my id and said me that witin 15 days you will get your password th. post.After 2 months i will get my password but still not able to log in.because my password & id is wrong as said by site.If any one wants proof then i will give him the scan copy of password sent by bank to me which is tells wrong by thier site.now they advice me to apply for a new password and th. post i will get it in 15 days.Who knows that with new password i am able to log in in retail baking module of canara bank.I am already mailed 10 times to the bank.but no one is interseted in solving my problem.Each one said contact to another.
This is really like a drama.I very much confused what should i do.Finaally i am deciding close the saving a/c and demat a/c which is also associated with this a/c.But it is not the reason for sorrow for any staff of canara bank.I already contact from top to bottom of every staff of the bank.but failed to get the result.
