Hi,

I have a saving account (A/C - 033801515159) with ICICI Bank since 2007 in
kothrud branch Pune .Two days back while I was checking my account
details I noticed that my account has been blocked and I could not make
any transaction . A per the information From the customer care of the
bank I was astonished to know that my account has been marked lean, as
per their information they had issued two Health policies(ICICI Lombard) on my name against a credit card (number:5176-5385-3176-xxxx) that has never been received at my end. According to them they have sent a credit card on my earlier address where I was residing prier to Sep-2007.Its stated by them that the credit card has been received on 14th Oct-2008 on the said address.
I visited the bank and the bank manager (Mr. Murlidhar Nair) assured me that they will take suitable action and would co-ordinate with there credit card department and policy issue department and would let me know about it by Saturday (21st Aug-10).
On 18th morning I received a message that Rs.25008 has been debited from my account against the credit card. The bank manager is still not giving me any satisfactory answer to my query.

My account was blocked on 11th August-10
No communication received till date from the bank.Its a example of bad customer service by ICICI bank . It almost 10-15 days now and my money is blocked am unable to clear my pending.
Its a case of theft that without my information or authority ICICI bank has taken money from my saving account.
Kindly guide me on what suitable actions can be initiated by me.
