Please note that I tried to remove RS. 5500/- cash and I received only RS.5100/- I received 8 notes of RS.500/- and 6 notes of RS.100/- In between RS.500/- notes there was 1 RS.100/- notes. That means instead of RS500/- note I received RS.100/- note. I received RS.400/- short. I called up your call centre twice only to get reply that the systems are down. I have submitted a written complaint at the Kalina Branch and I have an acknowledgement with me. I am not going to leave this matter. I will fight till this is solved. I am going to mark this to the MD and other top authorities.
I am Hariharan Iyer (husband of Michelle Mookan). Even I have faced this problem earlier with ICICI Bank ATM. But after lot of problems and disputes I got back my money. Rs. 400/- is not a big amount, but I am worried that if this would have happened while doing a big transaction, then I would have to beg for money as this is a salary account.
