    Exclamation Cash less dispensed by ICICI Bank ATM machine at Kalina Branch

    Please note that I tried to remove RS. 5500/- cash and I received only RS.5100/- I received 8 notes of RS.500/- and 6 notes of RS.100/- In between RS.500/- notes there was 1 RS.100/- notes. That means instead of RS500/- note I received RS.100/- note. I received RS.400/- short. I called up your call centre twice only to get reply that the systems are down. I have submitted a written complaint at the Kalina Branch and I have an acknowledgement with me. I am not going to leave this matter. I will fight till this is solved. I am going to mark this to the MD and other top authorities.

    I am Hariharan Iyer (husband of Michelle Mookan). Even I have faced this problem earlier with ICICI Bank ATM. But after lot of problems and disputes I got back my money. Rs. 400/- is not a big amount, but I am worried that if this would have happened while doing a big transaction, then I would have to beg for money as this is a salary account.

    Default Less cash dispensed from ICICI ATM

    hi,
    I got the same issue on 28th july 2010.
    I have bank account in ICICI and I tried to withdraw Rs 4500 from an ICICI ATM in Tidel Park Chennai.
    I got only Rs 500. I raised a complaint. They closed the request saying the transaction was successful as per records. I called up the customer care thrice. They did take note of my mobile number but never turned up even once. I even contacted a nearest branch in Adyar. Didn't get any positive response. Kindly help how to proceed with this.

    Angry Cash less dispensed by Axis Bank ATM machine at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi Branch

    Hi,
    Even I got the same problem.I tried to withdraw RS. 8000/- cash and I received only RS.7100/-
    I received 6 notes of RS.1000/- , 1 note of 500/- and 6 notes of RS.100/- In between RS.1000/- notes there was 1 RS.100/- notes. That means instead of RS 1000/- note I received RS.100/- note. I received RS.900/- short. I called up my Bank call centre and submitted a complaint with Reuest No. 148031878 .
    Pls update me the status.
