I forgot my CBI Bank's ATM pin. I requested for a new pin for my Debit card on 15th of September 2011. As per rules they should have handed me a new pin within 15 working days. But now, its like about 4 months i haven't received my pin.
Everytime i give them a visit they ask me to come tomorrow and keep blaming me for losing the PIN.
what should i do now??
